James is the logistics mastermind of LandingSouthX. With 20+ years leading supply chain operations at global fortune 100 companies, he knows how to build systems that actually work — efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
James brings structure, strategy, and a whole lot of discipline to the operation. If it needs planning, forecasting, or optimizing, he’s your guy. And yes… he’s also the one who reads freight reports for fun.
Duff Chadwell
Co-Founder • Dispatch & Daily Operations
Duff is the heartbeat of the on-the-ground operation. If you’ve ever worked with someone who makes you think, “This is the most dependable person I’ve ever met and he’s a lot of fun to work with” that’s Duff.
He’s hands-on, people-focused, detail-driven, and has a knack for turning chaotic logistics into smooth, predictable workflows. Dispatch, communication, updates, customer coordination — Duff brings the magic that keeps everything running.
